Not yet. Biteway is still in development. This website introduces the idea while the app and service are being prepared.
Where will Biteway launch?
We’re planning to start with MMU Melaka, focusing initially on MMU Hostel and Ixora Apartment. Final service boundaries and delivery arrangements will be announced before ordering opens.
Which restaurants are available?
Mori Cafe is a confirmed Biteway partner. Further merchant introductions will be shared here as partnerships are confirmed. Ordering will open through the app when the service is ready.
What will delivery and membership cost?
Planned fixed delivery fees are RM1.49 for MMU Hostel and RM0.99 for Ixora Apartment. Biteway+ will cost RM4.99/month, with unlimited free delivery on non-Group Orders meeting the RM18 minimum spend, 1.5× Biteway Points on eligible non-Group Orders and planned in-store partner benefits. Membership and ordering are not open yet.
How do the savings work?
Food starts from the same in-store price, then gets 5% off across the whole menu. Displayed menu prices already include the 5% discount. When a Group Order’s food subtotal at these prices reaches RM80, an extra 10% is taken off that food subtotal. The discounts are applied in sequence, giving 14.5% total savings against the in-store food price (RM100 becomes RM95, then RM85.50). Biteway Drop will offer 20–30% savings compared with in-store food prices through shared campus food drops. The RM80 threshold uses the discounted food subtotal, not the in-store price or delivery fees.
Can I use points or free delivery in a Group Order?
Group Orders cannot use points redemption or Biteway+ free delivery. The room leader earns all the order’s base points at 1 point per RM1: a RM100 Group Order earns the leader 100 points. The 1.5× Biteway+ points benefit is not included in this Group Order example.
How do Biteway Points work?
Earn points through orders, reviews and activities, with 200 points = RM1. Biteway+ members earn 1.5× points on eligible non-Group Orders. Group Order points go to the room leader at 1 point per RM1; a RM100 Group Order earns the leader 100 points. Points cannot be redeemed on Group Orders. Full earning and redemption conditions will be available before the programme launches.
When can I download the app?
The app is still being built, and a launch date has not been announced. Verified app links will be added here when available.
Does this website take payments or sign-ups?
No. There is no checkout, customer account registration or mailing-list form on this website.
